Dr. Virginia South & Associates provides services to adults and adolescents in individual therapy sessions, couples counselling, and relationship therapy.

Our team of experienced practitioners treats a wide range of presenting mental health issues including depression, anxiety and other mood disorders; however, we have specialized training and interest in the following areas:

  • Body Dysmorphia, 2SLGBTQ+, and transition counselling

Assessment

As a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Dr. South is qualified to assess and diagnose adults and adolescents with clinical mental health conditions and will work alongside your primary care practitioner to ensure you are receiving care appropriate to your unique needs.
We take a “whole-person” approach for assessments focusing on the person, not the symptoms and what stands out diagnostically.
