Ketamine

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is an innovative and promising mental health treatment option that utilizes ketamine’s unique ability to induce an altered state of consciousness, freeing the mind from ingrained constructs and alleviating pain, allowing individuals to explore and process difficult emotions and memories in a safe and supportive environment.

KaP can help you heal from the bottom up, addressing root causes of mental health challenges. By combining the remarkable properties of ketamine with skilled therapy, you can access thoughts, emotions, and memories that may have felt out of reach in traditional talk therapy, allowing for deeper levels of healing. Ketamine is the only psychedelic approved for use in Canada at this time.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy fees start at
$1499 per treatment plan.

Psilocybin & MDMA

Psilocybin and MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy is a possible option that can be explored when other modalities such as antidepressants or talk-therapy don’t work and has been used as an adjunct to therapy since the 1970’s.

While the safety and effectiveness of Psilocybin and MDMA in therapy is still under investigation, Health Canada allows physicians to request access for unique cases of treatment-resistant mental health concerns, specifically depression and end-of-life for Psilocybin, and PTSD for MDMA, when all other methods have been exhausted.

Clients can apply to access this unique mental health treatment through a specific application process and would need a medical provider to do the assessment and application.

We do NOT offer Psilocybin or MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy in our clinic.

Potential Benefits to
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy:

Quick symptom relief: Rapid reduction in depression, anxiety and PTSD symptoms.

Effective for resistant cases: Particularly helpful for those unresponsive to traditional treatments.

Enhances therapy: Deepens therapeutic experiences, aiding emotional processing.

Promotes neuroplasticity: Encourages new neural connections, potentially improving long-term mental health.

Boosts mood and well-being: Many clients report enhanced mood and overall well-being post-treatment.

Ketamine has the unique ability to “reset” the brain’s response to stress, creating an opportunity for healing when other treatments have not provided relief. By supporting the development of new neural pathways, ketamine can foster sustainable recovery and help individuals reconnect with a renewed sense of purpose in both their personal and professional lives. For many, ketamine therapy becomes a transformative
catalyst—revitalizing the spirit and restoring a sense of control over one’s well‑being.

Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging mental health treatment that combines ketamine’s capacity to induce an altered state of consciousness with the safety and structure of therapeutic support. This state can temporarily soften rigid thought patterns, reduce emotional pain, and create space to explore difficult emotions and memories with greater openness. When paired with skilled counselling, ketamine can rapidly reduce symptoms while promoting emotional resilience and long‑term growth.
